Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the couch was broken, which prevented us from accommodating a family member who needed to sleep there. Additionally, we didn't receive enough toilet paper and had to wait a long time for more, which was very inconvenient. The unit itself felt somewhat neglected, with signs of wear and insufficient cleanliness that really dampened our experience.
